Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point

Systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and. physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe. We have designed specific safety measures to reduce risks and guarantee safely levels. Therefore, HACCP is the system we have in place for the prevention of hazards which allows us to ensure the quality of the finished product. The HACCP system can be used at all stages of the food preparation chain including production processes as well as packaging, distribution, etc. Safety, hygiene and quality control are important pillars in the development of our products.

FACILITIES

Our 7,700 square foot production plant guarantees the highest standards of production quality while manufacturing more than 46,000 units per week. We are strategically located in order to supply all of South Florida (from Key West to Port St. Lucie) providing quick and effective service to our clients.
